Database and Development Coordinator
Chicago Foundation for Women is hiring a Database and Development Coordinator. The Database and Development Coordinator supports the fundraising and donor engagement efforts of the Foundation by managing the donor database, ensuring data accuracy, and providing high-quality reporting and administrative support. This role is central to maintaining strong donor relationships, optimizing development operations, and enabling the development team to increase revenue to support CFW’s mission.
Candidates should have a minimum of three years of experience in fundraising, development, or database administration. Proficiency in CRM systems, including Raiser’s Edge NXT, and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred. Experience with email marketing platforms such as Feathr or Constant Contact is a plus.
The salary range for this hybrid position is $58,925 to $67,000.
