CFW’s Board Boot Camp is a comprehensive, interactive, three-day training for individuals interested in nonprofit board service, including networking/connection with organizations recruiting for board members.
Participants will gain skills in topics such as:
Board roles and responsibilities
Board culture and finding the right fit
Understanding nonprofit financials
Fundraising basics
In addition to learning about board roles, Board Boot Camp participants will engage in conversations about diversity, equity, and inclusion in board development.

This training is designed for individuals with limited or no experience on nonprofit boards but is open to all. This program may be a good fit if:

Application Process and Registration Fee
Registration is accepted on a rolling, first-come, first-served basis. Space is limited to 25 participants.
Registration forms are due by Friday, February 27, at 11:59 PM CT. The registration fee must be received by Friday, March 6 in order to participate. The payment link will be shared after the registration form is received.
The registration fee is $300. All need-based scholarships have been filled.
