This year we celebrated the centennial anniversary of the 19th Amendment, allowing some women the right to vote. As most of you know, it took nearly half a century more for Black women and other women of color to be granted this right.
As we look forward to the upcoming election, it’s imperative that we all recognize the power and importance of our vote.
Join us as we address common questions regarding who, when, where, and how you can vote. We will also discuss what is at stake for women and girls nationally as well as locally.
Let’s ensure that ALL women are able to exercise their voting rights in this important election.
