About the Program
Fundraising for new and emerging organizations can be a challenge, especially if they do not have staff, nonprofit status or existing relationships with individuals in the philanthropic community. To help shed some light on how to better engage funders and to learn about specific foundations and their funding priorities, the
Lesbian Leadership Council of the Chicago Foundation for Women cordially invites you to attend a funders panel. You will hear from
Marcia Festen, director of
Arts Work Fund for Organizational Development;
Jane Kimondo, program director of
Crossroads Fund;
Roberto Requejo, program officer, special initiatives at the
Chicago Community Trust and
Marissa Fillippo, nonprofit programs manager at the
