About the Program
The Young Women's Leadership Council of Chicago Foundation for Women is proud to present a film preview and panel discussion about women in sports. First, watch an exclusive sneak preview of the documentary In the Game, produced by Kartemquin Films. Then, enjoy a panel discussion featuring In the Game's director Maria Finitzo as well as Nancy Hogshead-Makar, senior director of advocacy for the Women's Sports Foundation, and Amy Skeen, executive director of Girls in the Game. Finally, stay for a reception with two local nonprofits focused on girls' athletics and health, Girls in the Game and Girls on the Run-Chicago (both past recipients of CFW grants).
