It's true: Yesterday, in his 2010 budget, President Obama eliminated all funding for failed federal abstinence-only-until-marriage sexual health programs. HOORAY!

Work remains to be done—we have to make sure Congress finishes what Obama started—but today, let's celebrate!

Chicago Foundation for Women has long been a voice for funding comprehensive sexual health education instead of abstinence-only. (Read our Policy Brief for details.)
